Health check: Before every redirect, the page fetches https://13.sugaronethree.workers.dev/ping.txt. If it responds 200 OK, the user is sent to the primary destination. If unreachable or non-200, the user falls back to the workers.dev mirror of that same redirect page, which then attempts the redirect independently.
